Kriste Ruuber has been living in London for 4 years and works for an Estonian start-up company. Kriste has actually been living in London already three times. “The first time I came just for 4 months, just to see what London has to offer,” tells Kriste, “but it wasn’t as easy as I thought.” She never thought she’d come back again because her first experience didn’t leave a good feeling. “But now I wouldn’t even know what to do in Tallinn.”
She feels she’s still in the start of accomplishing something, but feels she’s in the right place for her future plans with her company. “I think you need a reason to come to London, because a lot of people get sucked into it and a lot of people end up working just for living.”
Kriste talks about what she misses the most from her home country Estonia.
